📦 Shipping & Handling

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after your order has been shipped.

What is your handling time?
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day processing.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we only offer standard shipping. We're working on adding more options soon!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you're unhappy with your item, you may return it within 14 days and place a new order separately.

How do I start a return?
